Candice D. Kelley, has been elected Treasurer of York County three times. Appointed in 2018 and then elected in a 2019 general election to complete the term, and reelected in 2020 and 2023 general elections.

She has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Averett University.

She is certified as a Master Governmental Treasurer by the

University of Virginia Weldon Cooper Center for Public Service.
